This 5-hour trip was the worst fishing trip I have been on in 10 years of fishing the Pensacola area when the trip was booked I talked to whom I thought was the captain and our fishing request were relayed to him I explained to him that we just wanted to catch some fish it does not matter the type of fish or whether or not we even kept any we were told to be at the boat dock at 6 a.m. when we arrived we found no boat received a call stating that he was running late because someone had forgot to tell him that we were going to be there come to find out when he did arrive is this boat is owned by one man and has up to three other captains running his charters as far as the boat goes it would appear the trolling motor was not running properly so it could not be used was also told we did not need to bring drinks there were four of us there were two or three bottles of water and a Gatorade with about two cups of ice in an ice chest since we could not use a trolling motor we could not fish for red snapper we told him that was fine we just wanted to catch some fish again it did not matter what kind so for four of us he puts out to rods and we proceeded to troll and boat ride for the next four and a half hours we caught one small King mackerel even my youngest son who is 13 told me this is an awful expensive boat ride and that’s all that it was Waller Captain was cleaning our 1 fish we observed three other boats arrive all with significant catches now I know it’s called fishing and not catching for a reason I know that you cannot always be successful in every fishing trip that you take but our captain show no interest or inclination to even attempt to make this a successful trip I’m sure there are people with this company who have made good fishing trips however I could not in good honest sincerity recommend this charter company to any fisherman

If you read my listing and pay attention youll see that we have 3 boats that we run in our company. July is the busiest time of year for us, I ( Capt Matt ) cannot run trips everyday on each boat. I run the largest boat (33‘) 90% of the time, with that being said i cannot control what happens on each trip. Fishing is fishing, its not catching. If anyone tells you otherwise they may be from another galaxy or something. Other than that, that boat has a 2018 Minn-Kota trolling motor, i used it today and it held me up for 5hrs straight. I appologize for the crappy weather, we cannot change mother natures mind. When its blowing 20knots and the seas are better than 4’ high you shouldnt be out on the gulf anyway. The customer can opt out and choose another day to fish or not go on those bad weather days. This is the only bad review of any of our boats on the entire web. We strive to put nothing but smiles on out clients faces. Once again i appologize. Please contact me and i will refund your entire trip. Thanks
