What an experience! We booked the 4 hour pm trip with Nick. He is a great guy and took us to multiple spots. My son got to reel in the “monster” that he has been talking about for months now. Even though our trip was yesterday, we are already ready to book next vacation!

We had pretty tough weather to be catching fish.  It was a slow start, but captain Nick worked pretty dang hard to find a spot that was producing.  Once the wind died down and the sun came out we started catching fish.  3 or 4 trout, a few reds and the sharks were out stealing bait.  Nick did a great job finding us a spot with less than ideal conditions.  Most people wouldn’t have caught anything that day!

Took the wife and kids out for a half day while visiting my son In Pawleys Island for the weekend.  Nick got us hooked up immediately with a shark.  Caught a ton of other species, action was pretty much non stop.  Had a handful of large fish on that bit the line off, most likely sharks or tarpon.  The 4 of us had a blast and will do this trip again.  Worth every penny and Nick was fantastic. Nick was amazing, An educator, a great eye for fishing spots… Creek, inshore, near, he nailed it. He knew the best spots for Tarpon, we caught a Bull Shark, Stingrays, and had a great time. We’ll definitely be back to continue our fishing.

Recently did a family trip with Captain Nick.  Best fishing charter ever!  We caught fish despite the early spring weather.  Captain Nick is a real professional with great people skills.  Highly recommend him and North Island Charters.
