It has been blazing hot for weeks in Clearwater, making the fishing a bit difficult. Garret is a honest captain. He lets you know what it will be like, but cater to what you wanna catch. We started the morning looking for snook and made some runs down South. We caught 1 but nothing to write home about. After the first hour, we didnt have enough bent rods for his liking. Garret took us North and put us on some trout. From the time the bobber hit the water, it was under. We caught our limit within 30-45mins. Constant reeling and alot of fun. Went to numerous spots, caught numerous fish including a snapper, Jack, and ended the day with a Hammerhead shark. Garret is 10/10. Highly recommend. He loves to see bent rods and happy clients. Will have to look into a Tarpon trip with him in the future.

This was my first ever fishing charter. Took 3 hour package. It was just my stepson and I havenโt fished in 30 years and captain Garret was awesome. He basically took care of everything from baiting to unhooking which I really appreciated. His spots were awesome. We were catching fish from the first cast. We caught snook, redfish, trout, and some catfish. Probably about 20 between us. I would highly recommend him and will be booking with him the next time we go.
