My family and I truly enjoyed our time on the waters with Checkmate Charters.  Captain Nathan was great with the kids and the lines kept us busy.  Caught lots of trout and croaker.  The highlight was hooking 4 sharks.  2 black nose, 2 sharp nose.  What a great time!

Six of us went out for a 4 hour trip.  Nate was very active and kept putting us on the fish.  We hit well and our teenage boys had a blast.  Nate worked very hard to make the trip successful and he accomplished this.  We will book when we come back.  Do t look anywhere else.

Captain Nate was great with all 4 of kid and with us —we had a great fishing experience!! In 4 hours we caught a combo of fish and sharks and had so had a ton of fun. His boat is a great size, super clean and organized. It had everything we needed for the 6 of us.

I took my grandson and son-in-laws off shore with captain Nate.  Everyone had a great time catching lots of fish (except my daughter who came to sun herself but got a bit seasick 🤢🙃). Captain Nate made sure we caught many fish even though it was kind of a rough day on the water.  He is very knowledgeable and you can tell he absolutely loves fishing.  😉

Captain Nate did an amazing job.  He is pleasant, knowledgeable, and kept looking for different fish to fit our experience!  His boat is well kept and Has a really nice set up for families.  You can relax or fish all at the same time and in the luxury of shade on hot sunny days.  Fantastic set up, knowledge and personality.  We would highly recommend him and will come fish with him again!  Thank you Captain Nate!
