Was a beautiful day to be out there. While neither of us in my party got any bites, not the crews fault, can’t force a fish to eat, we had a great cruise out and about the island got some fun pictures and since the fish are all communal we got to take about 3 or more lbs of Ahi home. Thanks guys!

The fishing has been slow and we knew that when we booked the trip but Captain Eric worked hard to chase the birds and try to get us bites all day long.  We had a few misses early then a nice bull dolphin was hooked up that our daughter reeled in with Shane talking her through the fight.  After a another few bites but no hook ups Captain Eric spotted another group of birds and mahi #2 was hooked up and our son did a great job guided by Shane.  Things slowed down but before we called it a day... Booked a 3/4 day fishing trip after reading some great reviews from this charter. The captain and crew seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. Unfortunately we came back to the harbor empty handed but with no fault of the crew, they tried as hard as they could. That’s why it’s called “fishing” and not “catching”. I would definitely book a trip with this crew again if I ever make it back to Hawaii.

The Captain and crew were so friendly and very clear with their instructions on safety and what to do. We had the best time out on the water and I’d recommend everyone to book this fishing charter. What a fantastic day!! Thanks guys!!
