Was pretty good, the captain knew what he was doing.  Was a good overall experience.  I got sick near the middle unfortunately and we had to cut it short, but I would recommend it to anyone who wants to experience being on a boat for a few hours.  Just make sure to bring your sea sickness meds just in case.

Great morning with Captain Trace and first hand Tristan on a boat with plenty of room. Somehow outran the rain the entire morning. If we weren’t on fish, Trace didn’t linger, and for that reason we were busy fishing all day. Tristan had our fish off and hooks rebaited ASAP every time. Had two sharks, caught a kingfish and lots of smaller fish for lunch. Will book with Reel Thrillz next time we’re in Port Aransas for sure.

The captain and first mate was so easy to get along with. They put us on fish. Between the 3 of us we caught 50-60. We didn’t catch anything huge, but you can blame the crew or the efforts for that. Especially with the wind as aggressive as it was, which forced us in early. I absolutely look forward to booking with them again.

We had a great time! Lost a decent fish trolling and caught a few more. Then tied up to a rig and caught a multitude of species. My youngest caught the most and was helped by the crew which were fabulous even when I got sick lol!

We had a great time fishing with Captain Trace and Tristan.  Although we didn’t catch a lot, we still enjoyed our trip.  Captain Trace and Tristan were endlessly baiting our hooks and trying to get us on fish.  A few of us did get a little seasick but we survived.  The boat was clean and a great size for our party of 5.  We highly recommend booking a fishing trip with Captain Trace!!
