Reel Thrillz Coastal Adventures – Nearshore 

We booked a Father’s Day fishing trip with Reel Thrills Coastal Adventures, and despite challenging weather conditions, it turned into a fantastic experience for our family. Captain Jeremy did an excellent job navigating the rough waters and made the smart decision to stay closer to the bay rather than push offshore. His skill, professionalism, and focus on safety gave us complete confidence throughout the trip. The quick pivot from an offshore trip to a bay fishing adventure didn't disappoint. The kids caught a wide variety of fish and even reeled in a stingray, which was definitely a highlight of the day! Deckhand Joey was friendly, attentive, and incredibly patient with the kids. Both Jeremy and Joey were extremely knowledgeable about the local waters and marine life, and they took the time to teach my kids every step of the way, making the experience both fun and educational. While the weather didn't cooperate, Jeremy and Joey made sure we still had an amazing day on the water. We will definitely book another trip when conditions are better and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great fishing charter experience.

Captain Hadley and deck hand Brady made this an excellent trip. We targeted Red Snapper on a wreck about one hour out of Port Aransas. It was my first time and Hadley patiently taught me technique. The boat was in good shape and the fishing gear was flawless. The conversation was enjoyable and added to great morning on the water.

unbelievable experience, Hadley and Bradley both knew exactly where to take us to find the Red snapper and we quickly caught almost our limit if it werent for those pesky sharks! We also hooked onto a 70 pound Amberjack and brought it home. I would absolutely book with Real Thrillz again!

Off shore trip was a long hard day on the water without much success. Captain Trace and Jamie were personable and knowledgeable but most importantly they work their butts off trying to get us on the fish. We were able to turn around and get back with Captain Trace and Liam the next day for a State Water Trip and got our limit of Bull Reds. Over two days we spent about 20 hours with the great folks at Reel Thrillz. We highly recommend Reel Thrillz they are professional, personable and hard working. We will be back to Port Aransas and will definitely book with Reel Thrillz again.

We went out with Cpt. Clinton and Marshall and the trip could not have been better. Clinton got us on the fish and Marshall was spot on as a deckhand. We had a quick limit on huge red snapper then caught a barracuda and some nice sized shark. One of our party members got sea sick and Clinton was awesome about keeping the boat as stable as possible on the ride back. Thanks for the awesome fishing and memories!

Our captain Tyler and deck hand Matt made a fantastic team. They knew a great place to give us a chance of catching fish and catch fish, we did. I would definitely book another trip with these guys again top-notch service.

My friend and I took and 8 and 9 year old son’s for their first saltwater fishing trip. Captain Travis and Jeremy provided an amazing adventure for our father son outing. Everyone had a chance to catch, everyone had a chance to enjoy. We had a memory making time that these kids will tell their kids’ kids about. Would absolutely recommend Reelz Thrills to anyone and we will be booking again soon. The crews knowledge of the fish, where to find them, their attitude, their safety - all top notch !!!

Captain Clinton and deck hand Braxton did an awesome job getting us on the fish! Our family had a great time and ky 3 year old daughter was thrilled to reel in a Mahi Mahi. This is the second time we’ve been out with them and had a great time catching lots of fish. Great with kids and families! Will book again!
