We only caught a few fish, but that’s just how it goes sometimes.  We went more towards the afternoon, and next time we’ll try and go in the morning in hopes of catching more. Regardless of the few fish, we still had a wonderful time and appreciated how patient and easy going the captain and his 1st mate were. Both of my kids caught a fish and were so excited. It was a beautiful day to be out on a boat in the ocean!

We went out fishing with Capt. Josue for Mahi and were having no luck because of sharks. He decided to switch up his fishing style and go for sail fish. We ended up catching a 150 lb Blue Marlin and had a fight for 3 hrs well past our morning charter time. There was no pressure to end the battle and we landed the beast with high fives and fist pumps. We brought it ashore and split it amongst the fellow fisherman. We were recommended a restaurant to bring the catch to cook and had a fantastic meal.... More

We’re from BC, Canada and have done a couple charters in Canada but this was so much better. Crazy, cool tropical fish, the charter guide, Solon and his helper, Tony where amazing. We don’t speak fluent Spanish so it was great that Solin is fluent in English so we could communicate really well. We caught Rooster fish, Mahi Mahi, Spanish Mackerel and a few I don’t know the names of. Amazing trip, we will come back to Sayulita soon with our kids and book another charter with Solin!

Josue and Toni are great. Always a blast to go fishing with. We got Dorado, Bonito and finished the day chasing the Rooster Fish (bucket list fish for me). Can’t recommend these guys enough.
