We had a wonderful trip today and caught 9 king mackeral. Matt and his crew went over above and beyond call of duty . We went further than he normally does to insure we caught fish. My family had a wonderful day. I would highly remember them. Thank you Russell Votoe

Captain Matt worked hard to get us into some fish - the day started off fairly slow (as fishing days sometimes do) but he never gave up…tried a variety of rigs, depths and locations and ultimately we got into a variety of fish in addition to the Kings we were targeting.  He is an experienced captain and fisherman, and even on a slower day did everything he could to make sure our family had a great time.

Captain Matt knew how to find the bait and fish. Put us on king and cobia. we couldn’t recommend Captain Matt and Defiant enough! Kept us entertained and boat was solid with plenty of shade and cover from the weather.

Amazing trip!! We had a blast with Captain Matt and caught a bunch of fish. I would recommend this charter to anyone. We will definitely be going back with Captain Matt and Defiant Charters again.
