They went the extra mile to make us happy…started earlier than normal to beat the weather, provided plenty of bait, good and plentiful equipment, found the fish, showed us how to rig the poles and the technic of how to catch them.  It will be a life long happy memory.

Spoke with owner prior to full day charter. He assured me they were ready fully equipped and capable.
On arrival the boat was not iced, no safety review, we had to wait on the mate to show up - late.
Boat had one very small bag of frozen squid and 5 small dead fish (grunts) and no other bait. There is no active live well. We tried to use fish we caught and they were put in a bucket and died quickly without an aerator.
Tackle was very old with frayed lines and limited line on reels. Capt asked me if I had any gear they could use before we departed. The rigs they set up did not have enough weight on them to get bait to the bottom due to current. They didn’t have more weights. Fish hooks had no barbs— I had to point it out and ask for them to be re rigged. 8 hours of fishing and only a few grunts were caught.
I could go on for pages. I am an experienced fisherman and these people are incompetent and told me they don’t care in their actions and words. Go ANYWHERE else. This is a waste of money.

Had fun.  Equipment a little dated, but in all a great trip.  Will book again, but bring my own gear.

We tried our best to catch fish but the bite was not good the day we went. The captain tried several different way points but not much was happening. He also stayed in contact with some other boats but got the same reports from them. However it was a great morning, my wife and I
love being together on the water and we caught enough fish for dinner the next day. Thank You.

Captain Lew went on vacation and had a back up captain fill in who said he hated trolling and we were there for a half day trolling trip. The mate also said that they do on a trolling trip maybe once a year and they hate it and prefer bottom fishing. Realizing that we were no with professionals like I assumed we would paying $600 for a charter. I asked if we could bottom fish after a bit of we didn’t catch anything and they said they weren’t prepared. We had 6 people and 3 rods in the water. They had another 10+ poles in the cabin and only brought 1 type of bait.  We caught nothing and spent 4 hrs trolling with the most negative attitude from captain and crew.  The listing said the cabin had a which it doesn’t a sink in the bathroom that doesn’t work. A tuna tower that you aren’t allowed to go up and put riggers that don’t work. No live bait as advertised either.  If you are looking for professional crew and fishing expertise, look elsewhere for your deep sea trolling experience.
