We had the last minute idea to do a charter the day we were supposed to go home. Glad we stayed and they was able to accommodate is last minute. Captain and deck hand were a couple good guys felt like sitting around in a friends boat. Fishing wasn’t great but that’s fishing, they tried all they could do. We did end up with a blacktip and a sharpnose left very happy with our trip. Was actually just looking at booking another trip for the red drum run they told us about.

We arrived at noon and waited out morning showers.  Finally gaining the courage to fish in the cold rain we ventured out.  Once the rain stopped around 1, the fish came a biting.  John helped my 67 year old father and 9 year old son catch Bull Red after Bull Red.  He also calmly explained to them both that they can not keep all the 40 inch Red Fish.  They both pitched a fit.  (Just kidding, my son understood.) By far, the best fishing day for my family.  Capt Bill put us on the fish early and in multiple locations, Cats, Black Drums, and Sand Trout.  Fantastic with our young girls and coached everyone on how to fish properly.  David made it fun for everyone.  I’ll definitely rebook and encourage everyone looking for a fishing trip to book with Rod Bending Charters.  Well done guys, we’ll be back soon.

5 STARS!!! Such a wonderful experience for my husband and sons. They caught a ton of sheepshead and several big drum. Captain Tyler was so helpful to our youngest son, that my husband and older son had plenty of time to fish independently. The captain knew exactly where to go to ensure my guys had an opportunity to bring home dinner, and then have some fun with the BIG fish. All they can talk about is how much fun they had. And, my kiddos are so proud of being able to catch our supper! Priceless... More
