Greatest fishing trip. We had the best day with Jay. We came home with 59 fish we kept. Trout, big red, and even caught a baby shark we had to release.  Jay knows where to go. His expertise and personality is a winner. Very knowledgable. Our time came to an end and believe or not we were not ready to head to shore. We will book again and have Jay as our captain. Thank you Jay for a wonderful day.

The whole experience was great, I’m visiting from Colorado and wanted to have a good time and catch some good fish, which we did! Capt. Jay was very funny and helpful throughout the whole trip, he explained everything to us and answered all of our question and concerns. He took us to different spots so we can catch a variety of fish. We definitely will be back next time I’m in town!

Had a great time, was able to fulfill both objectives for the trip.  My son caught the biggest fish of his life and I caught a small shark.  The fishing was a bit slow at times but Jay offered different varieties of fishing to keep it interesting.  Would definitely recommend as my son and I caught many fish and compared to our experience in San Diego (no fish) this was way more exciting.

Took my son deep sea fishing for his birthday and booked a trip with Rod Bending Charters. Had a great day of fishing. Our guide Jason Woods made sure we had everything we needed, took us to different area to catch a variety of fish, and for the final 8ft hammerhead. My son was so excited from trhis experience he hasn’t stopped talking about it yet. We will definitely be doing this again.
