Do not book this company. Prior to booking I exchanged emails detailing what we were looking for. Yellowfin tuna specifically. I was told that was no issue but I would have to book the 8hr trip as opposed to the shorter trip due to the distance away from shore. Sure no problem makes perfect sense.
We book, we pay the captain (does not speak English as advertised but we were fine with that) we head out on the water. Then they tell me they have to call their boss because he has to approve the trip for yellow fin. We are already on the water, they don’t have the right baits or setup for it. The boss gets on the phone and tells me the yellow fin are more expensive of a trip and I would have to agree to pay more.
I went over what had previously been discussed and I was told too bad it’s a special trip and they have to be paid more money. Again this is after we are already out in the bay. Ruined the day for everyone. The captain and mate spent most of the day on the fly bridge not talking to anyone. It’s hard to blame them as they do not make the decisions and were nice guys. The owner is the problem and the fact he tried to extort more cash from us was awful.
Save yourself the hassle and look elsawful. This company should be removed from this site.

HI,Chuck, I do not agree on your comments, I’m attaching the only messages we had, those messages is only we had no emails or nothing, I understand you guys caught a STRIPED MARLIN (and none of the boats around caught anything) (my boys very good fisherman) we have areas to go out on the different hours, 4 hour trips is on the middle of the bay, 6 is to the point, and 8 hour what was that you took, pass the point, we took you 32 miles out from pv, where there is tunas as well and marlins roosters… that is an excellent area for an 8 hour trip, the place you want it to go at the minute of your trip is a 10 or 12 hour trip because is about 50-55 miles out, and yes is especial trip, which is not even advertise on my listings, so yes it cost more and is more hours, that why is more money, and I explain that on the phone, that is not extortion, that is more hours and very far away, that is why the price is increased for that kind of trip, I explain that, we could only return to the dock and that you have obtained your full refund, as not been the trip you want it, without a worrie, and we also said that to return, you still want it to go out,

I booked this trip as a bachelor party for the groom and 8 of his best pals. Notified the Captain as such and we were hoping to boat some dorado. We were told that we would be going 18 miles out. 20 minutes out we lost a engine. Capt decided to continue but didn’t go out that far. Finally found a school of mackerel. All 8 of us caught fish but we didn’t want to keep any. The groom was happy though somewhat disappointed with catch. Probably would have been better for the Captain to cancel the trip after loss of motor. The crew was great, the boat was fine except for the loss of engine.Won’t book this boat again.

HI Jack, too bad did not go as plan, Sorry about what happened, captain says he saw everybody having a good time, thats why did not offer to canceled he trip, and also lots of mackerel, and he tried to compensate with 45-60 more minutes on the trip
