Weather may not have been ideal, but the trip was absolutely worth it. I still enjoyed getting out on the water for a few hours and doing some fishing. The captain was wonderful, attentive, and made the experience even better. At the end of the day, a day on the water is always better than a great day at work.

We recently had an unforgettable day with Squid Row! Captain Chris took us out on a magical private beach excursion, which was perfect for both the adults and kids (ages 8, 5 and 4) in our group. The beach was a short trip from the marina and had beautiful sand, calm warm water and lots of areas to explore.  The boat was well equipped and felt very safe. Captain Chris also showed our kids how to safely catch and release horseshoe crabs which was for sure a highlight of the trip. We will for sure be booking another trip with Captain Chris and are planning on doing a longer fishing trip next time!

My son and I had an incredible experience on our two-hour fishing charter with Captain Chris out of Mashpee, truly one for the memory books. From the moment we stepped on the boat, Captain Chris made us feel welcome and at ease. His deep knowledge of the local waters and fish species was immediately apparent. He knew exactly where to go and what tactics to use to give us the best shot at action and he delivered!

Beyond his expertise, what really stood out was Captain Chris’s calm confidence behind the wheel and his friendly, down-to-earth demeanor. He kept things engaging and fun, especially for my son, who was grinning from ear to ear the whole trip. It was more than just a charter; it was a bonding experience that created a core memory for both of us. We’re already talking about our next trip.

I would highly recommend Captain Chris to anyone from beginners to experienced fisherman. He is local with years of experience on the water and knows where and how to target different fish species. We had a little bit of a rougher morning on the water due to some wind but that didn’t stop us. We were on the fish within the first hour and had a blast chasing them all morning/afternoon. We each caught a few fish and made some awesome memories! We’ll definitely be back with Captain Chris in the future!

Captain Chris was great and made sure we all had a good time.  He was very knowledgable about the area and where we could go to catch fish.  Both of my boys caught lots of fish and really enjoyed it.  It was the best part about our trip to the Cape.  Your kids will have lots of fun and won’t be disappointed.  Great memories.
