Ray put us on even more fish the second time around. I personally pulled in nearly 60 fish on the 8 hour trip. Plenty of Snapper to take home! We also caught some grouper, spadefish, remora, trigger, mackerel, trout and a handful of unidentified juvenile species. Saw a couple sharks, a ton of dolphin and some massive sea turtles which if you have kids is something awesome to experience! Ray is great with the kids as well! Not a lot of guides really want to deal with children on the boat but Ray doesn’t hesitate. You can definitely tell he’s successfully raised a few of his own already! I could not possibly recommend Easy Charter more strongly! It’s an experience you and your loved ones will not forget!

We had such an amazing time with Capt. Ray on our fishing charter in Galveston! Our whole family had a blast, and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Capt. Ray was incredibly knowledgeable about the local waters and knew exactly where to take us for the best fishing. We had fantastic luck and caught a great variety of fish - sheephead, speckled trout, redfish, sand trout, and several others!
What really made the trip special was how accommodating and friendly Captain Ray was throughout the entire experience. He made sure everyone in our family included our super excited 9 yr old felt comfortable and had a great time, no matter their fishing skill level.

His expertise and helpful tips really made all the difference in our success on the water. We ended up coming home with plenty of fresh fish fillets for dinner, which was the perfect way to cap off such a wonderful adventure.

Ray was a fantastic captain and guide!! Hit a couple spots and put us on a good variety of fish all morning! I’ve been on plenty of short bay trips that didn’t amount to much of anything, this was not the same experience. Had an absolute blast and already planning a few more extensive trips with him here in the near future. Keep in mind how reasonable the prices for these kinds of trips are, as I know first hand that bait and fuel are pricey! Always be sure to tip well especially when these guys put you on the fish!!! Captain and deck hand was very knowledgeable, nice boat with plenty of equipment. Team was vert well prepared. It was out 1st time in Galveston and 1st time doing chartered trip! We appreciate the hospitality Captain!
