Let me start by saying, Captain Bill is a great guy showed and paid a lot attention to my son in which is was his birthday.

We didn’t go very far from where we met Capt Bill at the dock and that was a little disappointing.  We caught a total of 3 fish. None of which we could keep. 1 toad fish, 2 Jack Caravells That was very disappointing. Epically since he showed us pics from the day before where they caught a record size sheepshead. The other dispatching was the price plus tip at the end of TJ trip.  We under stand the cost to run the boats as we are boat owners also, and the cost of the bait, etc. This was the second time we booked a charter like this and did not catch anything that we could keep.  Again nothing again the Captain as he was great.  Guess the best was to section the trip. Sometimes you catch fish, other times like our time you don’t.

We had a great day on the water. The weather report was not the best but Capt Bill thought is was going to get better and we went. He was right we had great weather and was the only boat out there. We had a first timer on the trip and Bill took time to teach and encourage all day. We went to several of his spots
had success catching several of different species. If you are a local like us or coming on vacation this is the one to choose. You will be given every opportunity to catch and no effort spared to be successful the entire day. The boat is rock solid and he has any and all tackle and bait you need. We are planning a spring trip

The trip was scheduled for Friday 10/8/2021 but mother nature had different plans for us. Capt. Bill did take us out and had a solid plan to protect us from the initial downpour, but once we all realized it wasn’t going to let up we re-scheduled for Saturday morning. Fortunate for us Capt. Bill had that opening available as I know he is very popular!

Saturday morning we headed out with perfect weather. First cast at the first spot brought a fish into the boat and the action continued throughout the day. My dad, who was visiting, caught a bull red fish which is one he will never forget! I boated a good size amber jack which was a blast to fight. We also came home with fish for the dinner table so all in all a great trip!!

Capt. Bill is super knowledgeable and very personable throughout the trip. I highly recommend taking a trip with him whether you live in Jacksonville like me or are visiting for vacation.

Amazing experience with Captain Bill! Went out his way and let me experience the Florida waters. Knew what he was talking about and where to go. Even gave me an extra hour to fish which was nice. Great company! Will definitely be booking again once I’m back here.
