Awesome from start to finish, great experience friendly staff thank you the experience and great communication and arranging transportation

Had a really enjoyable 6 hour outing with Captain Hollywood. Jamie met me early at the dock and we got lined out on food, drinks, bait and license for the day.

Fishing was slow but I learned a lot from Hollywood and he worked hard to put me on fish. Even extending the outing for an hour without any additional charge. Finally hooked into a nice dorado to make the day complete.

Would definitely use these guys again!

The good:
• relatively cheap compared to other charters
• captain knew the good places to go to increase our catches
• felt safe, which was a concern given it was just myself and my teen daughter

The bad:
• the crew (captain and first mate) knew zero English and we had a lot of questions that didn’t get answered
• the captain seemed to consider the fun factor but the first mate had no people skills. The few fish we did catch were thrown in the storage before we got a good look or had a chance to photograph them. We caught a manta ray that took about 30mins to reel in—then when we got it to the side of the boat the first mate unhooked it. We were very unhappy that they didn’t bring it in the boat so we could look at it before throwing it back in. I think the guy knew fishing but was new to working with people and didn’t really care.

All in all I’d say the experience was below average. I think this charter company needs to vet its crew better. These trips are not cheap, we have limited vacation days, and there’s just too much competition to go back to these guys next time.

Was windy and rough water, but we had a good morning. I caught a 100lb Marlin. Carlos was a great guide and knowledgeable. I would recommend this trip.
