Weather didn’t cooperate for the peacock bass but we did well on the large mouth. Only caut two small peacocks which are what I wanted to catch. He showed me video of 4 days earlier where they were catching 4 and 5 pounders in the same area. Just bad timing on my part.
Yes, it was a rainy day. Those Large mouth really turned on. You were pulling them in left and right. Those Peacocks got finicky on us. Sometimes they do that . But the Large Mouth made up for it. Have a safe trip back home Tom. Hope you enjoy your video.

This is shot in the first 10 minutes of a sunny afternoon on Lake Osbourne in South Florida. Caught a Peacock Bass and several other species throughout the day. Bill is a great guide, making for a memoriable experience.
