Capt Mike is a good man. However I have never gone fishing with a charter & got Skunked not even bite ? If Mike could NOT put the client on fish he should cancel the trip. Booked a $ 250 fishing Booker he changed it to $ 350 cash & blamed the weather for no fish. Cash only probably had people pay a card then stop payment.
