We came into Mazatlan via Cruise Ship and Georgina with Pepe’s Fleet picked us up and took us to their marina where we boarded with Captain Alfredo.  We got out of the harbor and headed out about 20 Kilometers (13 miles) where we started trolling for marlin.  I liked that the boat had plenty of power to make the trip out quickly so we didn’t waste too much time in transit.  We had great luck and landed 2 blue marlin (2 others threw the hook and got away).  After we got back, they carved off some large pieces of the meat and Georgina took us to a local restaurant where they prepared it for us 4 different ways.  Overall we liked the ceviche the best, but all the preparations were good.  We took a cab back to the ship, and were onboard with plenty of time to spare.  It was a good fishing trip and I would recommend it.

Great family ran business!  Supurb communication!  Punctual!  I stayed at El Cid El Moro and booked a trip for just myself, Gabriel picked me up at the hotel and drove me to the marina.  He was on time and explained everything on the way to the marina.  While dropping me backoff at the hotel he made some great restaurant suggestions and told me about the area.
The captain of my trip was Alfredo, he did a great job!  I didn’t catch any fish but wasnt for the lack of hustle from Alfredo.  He worked his hardest and we had several marlin strikes but did not have any hookup.  I am a guide back home and I know how stressful it is to try your hardest but it doesn’t always end in customer “success”.  It’s called “fishing” not “catching” for a reason!

I definitely will book again with them the next time I am in the area!

We had a fun day on the water and caught a nice Yellow Fin Tuna which we were hoping for. The full moon and cooler weather made inshore fishing quiet. Our Captain tried his best to get us into an area where a couple Sail fish were hanging out but they were mit feeding. we cane into herd of dolphins and literallt hundreds of dolphibs were dancing and jumping beside our boat. ..it was mesmerizing.. unforgettable. Pickup and drop off were spot on. Relaxing and fun day!!

Went out on a 7 hour deep sea fishing trip to target tuna, Marlin or sailfish. Guillermo and his son Caesar are very knowledgeable and friendly. We caught one of the 2 sailfish caught by all the boats that day. Guillermo uses his decades of fishing experience, took us 30 miles out to find the sailfish. In total caught 2 Toro, 1 large Mahi mahi and a 5’ sailfish. Guillermo cleaned and cut some mahi mahi steaks for us to take back. Georgina also picked us up at our resort and drove us to the marina.

Everything was ready when we got to the dock which is about a 30 minute cab/uber ride from the cruise port. Got there about 9 from the earliest cruise release and fished until 2. It is a 45 minute ride from the dock to where we fished. Had to be back to the dock by 3 to get back over to the cruise port. Fished hard for 4-5 hours and did not catch but the boat was comfortable for 4 of us and the captain and first mate. They provided waters and 12 beers for our trip and Georgina also made us sandwiches for our lunches. While it was a bummer we did not catch the experience was very positive and we would book with Pepes fleet again. At the end of the trip Georgina the owner was nice enough to give us a ride back to the cruise port which saved us a the cab fare back to the boat. Great trip!!!
