Chris was a great guy and an experienced fisherman but we felt that the description of the advertisement was not accurate.

We were not targeting large predator fish, the hooks on all of the rods were tiny.

My brother and I joined the half day trip (5h trolling & live bait tour) for €155 per person in August 2019. We were 4 guest on the boat with captain Chris. Unlike the description on the website and some of the comments in the reviews below, the trolling itself does not take 5h but rather roughly one hour!!! Although the one hour actual fishing was fun, it felt really short and does not justify the €155 per person from my perspective. Unfortunately a lot of time is wasted with transfer, getting bait fish and waiting for Police top check papers etc

Overview of our iterary:
7.00 meet at port
7.30 leave port
8.00 arrive at fishing site to catch bait fish (caught plenty of garfish)
10.00 leave for fishing site to troll for the “monster”
10.15 arrive at actual fishing site and start fishing
**hidden content** wait for police to check whether fishing license is in place (in the meanwhile no fishing) - not sure if papers were okay or whether it always takes so long
11.15-11.30 fish again for the “monster” (the whole group caught one amberjack)
11.30-12.00 go back to harbour (even though we still had bait fish)

Chris seems very knowledgeable and experienced about the sites. The equipment was pretty good as well.
I think they should just be so fair and make it clear that this trip does not actually mean 5h (or even close to 5h trolling) of actual fishing to manage expectations!
