Great crew made lots of moves to find fish. That’s all I ask for. Jordan and Holden were really good, liked them both.
Our captain and mate were friendly and knowledgeable about fishing. They helped us have fun! We caught a lot of fish. We would recommend this trip for families and friends. No experience necessary, captain and mate can help and answer your questions.
The crew was very great to work with and kept us on fish.
Captain TJ and deck mate Tripp were awesome. Everyone in our group had a great time and caught fish! Tripp was helpful to everyone regardless of experience level and was seemingly everywhere at once! Would do it again!
Last minute trip that Miss Calabash was available to accommodate with short notice. There were 9 in our group as first time fishermen and not the best experience. Be prepared for about 2 hours of fishing for a 4 hour trip. The boat was clean and the water at time was a little rough. As with fishing, you win some and you loose some. We caught small non keepers but did at least catch some fish. I would recommend this boat for a cruise and sunset trip on the water and not that much fishing for large groups. The boat captain and the crew was nice. However, we spent over an hour going out to find a spot to fish and then moved to other locations. For the cost of the trip and the number of people I brought with me, was a little disappointing. They had never went fishing on a charter boat and this was their first experience. Although most of us caught a few small fish, it wasn’t the experience I was going after. The communication leading up to the trip wasn’t the best. Not a lot of information about the trip, such as number of stops, how far we were going out, the types of fish we were interested in catching. I cannot blame the boat crew for whether the fish bite or not. I would have preferred to be more inshore than out since so much time is wasted getting to and from. Felt like we only had about 2 hours of fishing for a 4 hour trip. Every one was fishing with the same bait
