    Full Day Trip (Barkley Sound) • 4 adults

    went out on a full day 8 hr day trip for chinooks to Barkley sound. zcaught a handful of smaller chinooks a before we landed a couple beauties!! Captain Nick was a great host very knowledgeable of the area and put us on the fish right away wasnt 2 minutes before we had our first fish to the boat. I very highly recommend West Coast River Charters to anyone who wants a great trip from Port Alberni.

    Captain and boat both met all expectations for a very good fishing trip, with chinook limits being achieved by all. The highly experienced and personable captain made the trip a very enjoyable day.

    Nick was super pleasant and efficient and kept the run short and managed his gear quickly making the experience quite ideal for my sons. Will definitely reach out to him again in future in the Alberni Valley - a really great spot.
