  Amazing all-around! Highly recommended!

  What an amazing experience for our family! Our kids range in age from 6-12 years old. Cptn Lamont was amazing in providing detailed instruction to them, as well as helping them as they caught their fish. We had an amazing time! The kids even caught 19 fish! And, they loved eating their fresh catch for dinner! Cptn Lamont is highly recommended as an experienced fisherman, and an amazing person all-around. He was very knowledgeable, easy-going, and made fishing fun! The kids have asked to come back every year, which we will certainly do!

  Amazing Afternoon

  The directions to the meeting place were perfect. Lamont was amazing!!! His instructions were clear. And most of us have fished a little but are far from experienced. And we immediately understood. Our youngest son has never fished and he caught the most fish by far!!! So clearly our captain did a great job! It was fun and memorable! And come on, the ocean with the coast in the background, it was amazing from all angles. We are so glad we chose this! Even for non-fishermen like us, we had the BEST time. And it cannot be overstated how great Lamont was!! He is an incredible person and a great fishing guide. I would 100% not hesitate to book this again!!

  Another great trip

  What a wonderful trip. This was are 2nd time using KYS outdoors adventure and what an adventure it was. The Capatain started with a warm greating followed by a Saftey briefing and a refresher course on how to use the excellent equipment on board. A needed review on how to fish the sea bass and Cod that we were targeting. I had my wife and Daughter on this trip and they appreciated the review since they haven’t touched a rod since are last trip with KYS. I can’t say enough about the service on the boat and how they treated my family with such respect and care, from helping with snags to assisting with the catch. And catch we did. We caught our limit with some large Sea Bass (many 5-8 lbs) and caught a large variety of fish including a Cod. Fishing was awesome but it didn’t stop there, we were treated with seeing whales and a verity of other sea life. Back at the dock he did a marvelous job cleaning and packing our catch. I guess the best review someone could give is would I use KYS again and the answer is an astounding YES.

  Fantastic trip for beginners and experts

  I booked this trip 2 weeks before Father's day on a whim. My boyfriend and I wanted to surprise our dads with a fishing trip. We were a party of 5: me, my parents, my boyfriend, and his dad. Lamont was amazing. Prior to our trip, he was communicative and answered all of my questions quickly. When we arrived, the boat was clean and all the rods and backup rods were baited and ready. He explained the plan for the day, how to use gear, and what to expect. During our trip, he gave us pointers, helped bring the fish aboard and continually made sure everyone in our party was doing okay. He untangled lines, re-positioned the boat over high-catch spots, and even brought 3 simultaneous catches aboard all at once. After, he fileted all of our fish and made sure they were appropriately divvied out amongst our group. He was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Fantastic trip. 10/10 recommend.

  Amazing Trip— Filled our cooler!

  This was the best fishing experience we have had! Captain Lamont is simply rhe best. He scheduled our departure to give us the best chance to catch fish, the boat is highly organized, his instructions and gear were spot on and he had us on fish from rhe beginning. He worked very hard to get everyone catchf fish. And beyond that, he is a great and fun guy to hang out with, which makes the day even better. We filled our cooler with fish and had an awesome morning on rhe water. This was the best fishing trip we have been on. Everything was spot on — don’t pass up this trip!
