James and Ross were a joy to be at sea with. There knowledge of fishing and the area were next level. We caught a ton of fish and felt right at home in the boat. 10 out of 10!!! I would recommend fishing with them to everybody. Great times!!

We had a great time fishing with Captain James and his first mate . They were very friendly and helpful. The crew is very hands on and does everything they can to make sure everyone in your group is engaged and having a great time. They are very knowledgeable about the aquatic species. Our group was very lucky and caught 5 different types of fish! Thank you for a great time and many memories.

I wanted to take my son out for one last fishing trip before going back to school, and Shore Thing was able to squeeze us in. They worked with us to get us on the water at the time that would give us the best chance of seeing some action. Everything was very easy; the boat was clean and safe, the gear was well maintained, and the captain was very attentive to making sure we had what we needed and could catch what we were interested in. We had a great time and left with plenty of fish for a few dinners which was awesome 😊

My two sons, daughter in law and myself had a great time fishing. Captain James was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful as was his first mate. We originally scheduled for a Wednesday morning but bad weather was forecasted so we were able to reschedule to Friday morning. We caught about 15 flounder and a few more that didn't quite make it to the boat. They weren't keepers but it was great action all morning. I highly recommend booking with Captain James.

Captain James and Walt did a great job keeping the kids fishing and catching a variety of fish. They were also very helpful to our 2 kids, 11 and 13, in how to fish! We are looking forward to booking with them in the future.

we ejoyed our trip out with Cpn James..did a 4 hour trip ad went outside of OC Inlet a ways .. caught a nic mess of Spanih Mackeral...tried for Flounder but hey weren't hungry.. Had a beautiful morning on the water..and great time catching Fish.
