Nick was very professional and prepared to make it a great experience! It was a beautiful day on the water! The boat was excellent and we caught Salmon just like we wanted. I highly recommend Nick!

Awesome Trip with Nick and Jackson!

We had an incredible experience with Nick and his son Jackson. This was our second trip with them and we won’t go with anyone else. For both trips he put us on fish when very few boats were catching fish. His knowledge of the water and equipment helped us find the fish and get them in the boat. We’ll be eating salmon for quite some time! ❤️. His first mate Jackson was super fun and helpful throughout the day. I can’t say enough good things!

Talk about a guide that is respected by his peers, loved by his clients, and one of the best damn boat pilots you will ever find. Not one minute in two straight days did this guide think about anything other than how to make the best experience for his clients. His positivity while grinding out the slow times is hands down a breath of fresh air. Nick consistently over two days put us on the fish…the big fish. He’s an expert as his craft and his watercraft. From navigating rookie recorational boat to working as a team with the “0ld school” guides, Nick did it all politely, respectfully, and masterfully. Nick fought off a Sea Lion while I was reeling in a 40lb salmon. It was in his mouth and I thought it was over. Not on Nick’s watch! He fought the sea lion back and netted that monster. It could have ended badly but not that time. I’ve been on a bunch of. Charters, guided trips, party boats, and everything in between for the last 30 years chasing the big late season Chinook Salmon. Nick put me right on them from Day 1 with limits by 9:30am. Day 2 was a grind but we managed limits before the day was over. I landed 111lbs of King Salmon in two days with Nick. The others I fished with left with limits of big beautiful fish. Nick’s superior electronics had every guide asking Nick “where’s the fish?” At the cleaning station, he was paid his respects by the entire fleet. What Nick has built over the years is truly something special. If you have a chance to get on a bot with this guy. You’ll leave with memories and stories for the ages. Next time for me, it’s Nick Young Outdoors or nothing at all.
