Relaxing trip with a seasoned Captain

4 – Hour Fishing Trip2 adults

I’ve taken many charter trips by myself and with my wife. This captain ranks at the top for being prompt, congenial, and being prepared. I’ve had a few guides I won’t use again for plain disinterest on their part. Miguel is a Captain I will use again and recommend to friends with no hesitation. We did catch plenty of fish and I know it’s not always going to happen but I do expect effort and that’s what we received. I’m not singing his praises here because we had a good day, I’m letting you know I’ve chartered a lot of guides around the states and this is a very good one. Book with confidence.

    Miguel and my dog Kodak!

    I would absolutely recommend Reel Fishing to anybody! Miguel and his friend were very patient with us. We originally had the trip booked for a Thursday but Miguel was very honest and explained to me that the weather wasnt the best for fishing and had me reschedule for Friday and I am very glad we did! I was hesistant on bringing my dog but he said it was fine so my dog enjoyed a nice boat trip, I forgot his water and dog bowl but Miguel kept my dog hydrated and even used his sandwich ziploc bag as a doggy bowl lol now thats great customer service! We caught some catfish, mackerel, trout and some jacks. He helped my oldest who’s really getting into fishing and explained a few things to him. Overall it was a great time!!! Thank you Miguel! 10/10

    Great trip with the kids!

    4 – Hour Bite - 12:00 PM • 6 adults • 4 children

    Awesome trip with Capt. Miguel and his deck hand. We had six on the boat 2 Adults and 4 kids. We were fishing on the noon trip midday. All we were hoping for was the kids to catching some fish! We had all kinds of action and even had to move once because of dolphins. I guess they where hungry too. lol! We ended up catching 4 different species of fish and where able to bring a bunch of fresh fillets back home to eat. Great experience and would recommend this trip to everyone especially if you want kids to have a blast! Thanks again Captain Miguel for all the memories, can’t wait to go again!

    Amazing trip!!!

    I have been fishing with a number of charters over the years, however Captain Miguel was one of a kind. Incredibly personable, knowledgable and patient, he made the entire day one to remember. He was amazing with my 2 daughters, teaching and helping them every step of the way. His passion and love for fishing was genuine and he was as excited as we were, when we were catching fish. Speaking of, we caught a ton of quality fish that topped any trip i have been on. Throw in the manatee and dolphin we got to see on top of all the fish and we had the perfect day!!

    3 – Hour Fishing Trip - 1:00 PM • 2 adults

    We both had an enjoyable day on the water. Miguel was able to put us right on the fish and we were able to catch multiple species, including flounder, spotted trout, snook, snapper and even got to take a look at some beautiful puffer fish. We also got a few good hits on some redfish that were all around us. Overall, it was an excellent day and great conversation with Miguel and his crew. Will be booking again in the future. PS-bring a cooler and ice for all the fish you will be catching with them!

    It’s all about snook!!

    4 – Hour Fishing Trip • 3 adults

    Boy did Captain Miguel find snook haven for us today off of Matlacha. Too bad they are out of season but we had more fun and were very successful landing large keeper snook. They were all returned safely to Charlotte Harbor and now they are waiting for the next charter with Captain Miguel. This gentleman and his first mate were very kind, professional and focused on our success. We are local and have fished these waters for years. We highly recommend Reel Fishing SWFL Charters!
