Great Costa Maya Excursion!

We were looking for something fun to do as a family, while on a cruise stop in Costa Maya, and had an amazing day with La Leyenda. They were great and worked hard to give us the best chance to catch fish. They have a great boat and the captain and crew were very knowledgeable. They provided us with fresh fruit, guacamole, and drinks. While we didn't catch many, we landed a massive Wahoo and had a marlin on until it broke the line! They cleaned and fileted the Wahoo and hooked us up with the local restaurant that prepared some delicious ceviche and some grilled Wahoo filets with butter and garlic! Great family owned business that I would highly recommend!

Tough day of fishing since we had a late arrival time getting into port. Crew worked incredibly hard to boat fish. Day ended with a snorkeling trip where we were able to see a ray. Definitely would recommend.

The captain and his crew were great, the put us on some cool fish and were prepared even though we booked last minute. Super cool family-run business, happy to support, will rebook if we ever come back!
