Cody is the absolute best guide I have ever fished with! We caught fish and tons of them. 25 trout 17"-23" long and 5 redfish 26"-32" long. We were on fish from start to finish. Cody was knowledgeable and amazing with my wife not being a seasoned angler. So much so she caught more fish than I did. He was a gentleman and an absolute joy to be around. Do NOT book with anyone else. He is the man!

    Half Day – Trophy Redfish/Shark - 12:00 PM • 2 adults

    We needed to get out so I booked our trip with Captain Cody. I did reach out to him to verify his willingness to allow me participation based on my sight, fall risk etc. he replied with a resounding “YES! NO PROBLEM!” I didn’t expect much more than to be “planted in my seat” to enjoy a sore fanny, crispy turkey neck and shoulders. BUT THATS NOT CAPTAIN CODY’s PLAN! He briefed me quickly with the configuration of the boat, and how we would work out a bite on my line. In an age where most people spend more time communicating, networking, eating etc with machines and computer generated EVERYTHING, I was amazed, surprised, and downright impressed with Captain Cody’s determination coupled with compassion ensured my experience was just as memorable as any sighted person. And WE yup with Captain Cody’s hand of direction we, that means me too! Caught sharks to include 4 hammer heads, tying his trip records! Now I am able to say “This blind girl fought and caught SHARKS” I cannot convey in words what a wonderful soul renewing time it was! Thanks again, Captain Cody!

    Our best fishing trip!!

    Half Day - 7:30 AM • 2 adults

    This was by far our best fishing trip! We cough sharks, red fish, blue fish, lady fish and a trout. We were so tired from catching and fighting with so many red fish our hands and arms were sore 😂. I think over all we cought at least 10 - 15 red fish within 2 hours. The captin was great giving us pointers that we really appreciated and was even fishing and goofing around with us. Which made the experience personal and even funner for us! Would definitely recommend this Captain to anyone and well be doing it again in the future! Our trip will forever be remembered as our favorite!!!

    Cody is the best!

    It was so hot that chickens were laying hard boiled eggs in Charleston, SC however we still caught fish. I am not certain how but we did. Cody is a pro in everything he does. When I come to Charleston now I only fish with him. I have used guides all over the country and I cannot remember one I have used as good as Cody. We caught a mixed bag of fish from redfish to trout to flounder to a whole lot of misc. stuff. Good time with good friends with a great captain. Book with Cody and quit looking for other people. You will not be sorry.

    Terrific for families with kids!

    Man. Brought my 5 yo daughter and young nehphew for their first fishing trip on the sea. Kody was an absolute pro with our kids and patient beyond belief helping them catch several fish. He also took us to more than one spot to make sure we found some great shells and sharks teeth. Our family is still talking about how fun this was. As a fisherman too- his knowledge of the local terrain, spots, currents and history is what you pay for. Looking forward honest year already. You’re an idiot if you don’t book with Kody.

    Captain Cody is great!

    2 hr Shark Trip • 4 adults • 2 children

    We highly recommend this charter. So our trip had to be shortened due to inclement weather (I know other charters would not have have left the shore) however Captain Cody was fully prepared for this. We had rods in the water quickly and were able to catch alot of fish before we had to head back to the shore. Cody is very nice and was great with two young anglers. We all had a great time and can't wait to go out with Top Predator Adventures (Captain Cody) again.
