Incredible day on the water

8 Hour Trip6 adults

we went on an eight hour charter with captain Juan and crew, Luis and Eduardo - what a great day. Ended up catching 7 different species of fish.( Wahoo, trigger fish, barracuda, dorado, black tip shark, grouper, snapper) Captain Juan worked hard to put us on fish and Juan and Eduardo worked non-stop to take care of all the lines and bait and made sure we had a great day. I highly reccomend the Samiki II and the crew.

    What an incredible day on the water! Huge thanks to Russell, Lucero, and Juan for putting us right on the fish from the start. These guys worked hard all day to keep us on the bite, and it paid off big time. We ended up catching a pile of bonito, a nice grouper, and two great snapper to top it off. What really set this trip apart was the service and hospitality. On the ride back to the marina, the crew prepared fresh sashimi from our catch, and it was absolutely outstanding. It doesn't get much better than enjoying fresh fish while cruising back after a successful day on the water. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, hardworking crew that knows where the fish are and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great experience, I highly recommend fishing with Russell, Lucero, and Juan. We'll definitely be back!

    Great trip!

    6 Hour Trip - 1:00 PM • 3 adults

    We started off the trip catching bait fish, reeling Bonitas in three at a time! The water was a little rock-n-roll in deeper water and my teen got a little sick! The Captain made a suggestion to go back to shallow water and this was a good option. The water was calmer and we started catching Barracudas! My son reeled in a big one that measured 58" and probably sixty plus pounds! The Captain kept us on the fish and the deck hands worked their tails off keeping lines in the water! There were times when we were reeling in more than one fish at a time! They had plenty of cold drinks and made sure we felt welcome onboard! We used Uber to and from the marina which was around $55 round trip total and about 25-30 min from the North Central end of the Hotel District. Cell Phones work once you get back to the marina gate! There is a security gate to get into the resort/marina, don't let them try to drop you off outside the gate, its still a 1/4 mile to the marina! We will definitely be back and in search of a Mahi-mahi next time! Just no ice cream for the kid pre-trip next time!

    Honestly, best charter in years.

    We caught 40+ fish and almost a dozen game fish. These guys are incredible. We spent the first couple of hours catching bait fish 2-3 at a time and moved on to great barracuda. E ends up fishing past our chatter time and just rolling through the reefs. These guys love to fish and I was happy to be along for the ride. We had nothing to eat when it. Was all over because we blew through the bait fish and were using smaller cud as to catch bigger ones. What a fricking day!!!

    Great Fishing Charter Experience

    8 Hour Trip • 7 adults

    We had a great time on the 8-hour fishing charter. We caught mahi mahi, giant barracudas, rainbow fish, amberjack, and bonita. The crew was friendly and took good care of us throughout the day. They provided plenty of beverages and sandwiches, and they even prepared fresh ceviche for us on the boat, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a really good experience, and we’d definitely recommend this charter. We’ll be back next time we’re in the area.
