Thank you for your feedback and we sincerely apologize about the crew not providing you with the fish. It is our company policy to always ask our guests and clean / filet some if they want to take some and we had a very serious conversation with our crew after what happened to you. The main misunderstanding was that at least in the past, the Hotel you were staying at didn’t allow guests to bring fish from outside and I believe this is what the crew had in mind. We certainly learnt from this mistake and I sincerely hope that one day we will get the chance to put you on the fish again and catch your dinner for you.
