Mr. Tim was our guide, and he was very knowledgeable while we were out fishing. We explored different spots throughout the trip, and he made sure we were comfortable wherever we went. He was patient, friendly, and always willing to share tips and advice to help us have a successful day on the water. His experience and knowledge of the area really showed, and he worked hard to make sure everyone had a great time. The trip was well organized, relaxing, and enjoyable from start to finish. I would highly recommend going on a fishing trip with Mr. Tim and would definitely book another trip with him in the future.

    8 Hour Trip • 2 adults

    Tim provided in depth knowledge of the river systm out of Gunthersville. Experience with the river topography, water temperature, currents and evolving vegitation allowed us to use his extensive supplies of reels, jigs and 21 ft boat to best poition ourselves to land over 80 bass in two days. Excellent experiece from a true Bass Master who takes time to mentor and add to your existing skills.

    Outstanding day on Guntersville—Tim delivers

    6 Hour Trip (PM) • 2 adults

    We had an outstanding day on Lake Guntersville with Tim McNair. He’s the real deal—friendly, knowledgeable, and dialed in on the fish. We caught 76 bass between the three of us, with the biggest going 5 lb 14 oz. Tim kept things fun all day—we were laughing as much as we were catching. And the homemade cookies from Taylor Wilde were a great touch (seriously good—thanks, Taylor). It’s not only about the fishing…we witnessed a ‘dog fight’ between a bald eagle and an osprey! If you’re looking for a productive, enjoyable trip with a guide who knows his stuff, I’d highly recommend Tim.

    Great guide, he knows the spots and how to fish

    I caught several fish using many different ways , and in several locations, Tim is very well versed in the whole area, I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in catching or learning how to fish.... What a great experience.... Oh and don't forget the sun screen!!!!!

    Captain Tim was Awesome!

    8 Hour Trip • 3 adults

    We had a fun day on the water even with a tough bite in the morning. Captain Tim did not give up and we did not give up on him. We ended boating over 40 fish with a few 4-5 pounders mixed in. Had a great first experience on Lake Guntersville and would 10 out of 10 recommend booking with Captain Tim. Thank you Captain Tim for an Awesome day on the water one my two boys and I will not soon forget!
