Family Fun – Kids Fishing Trip3 adults

We had a great Captain but did not fish for the bigger fish listed on the fishing Booker site. Ended up just going after bait fish and a flounder, so not what we expected.

Im sorry your trip didn’t meet your expectations. As described on the booking, the Family / kids trip is all about the kids having fun and catching whatever bites. We don’t target a specific fish on these trips however every fish listed has been caught over the years. In the saltwater you never know what may end up on the hook. Though some of the fish caught may have been small you were not fishing for bait fish. We catch all our bait fish in a cast net. Thanks for joining us. Capt Keith

    My daughter's first fishing charter!

    3/4 Day Trip – Inshore/Nearshore • 3 adults • 1 child

    Sorta salty is a great charter very knowledgeable and friendly! It was my daughter's first charter and the captain was great helping her out showing her where and how to cast. They took us all over to give us the best chance to catch fish. We caught a stingray and a bunch of flounder. They made it the best experience for my family and especially my daughter's first experience. We can't wait to book it again next time we come down to Holden!

    First time fishing on the coast

    Half Day Trip – Inshore/Nearshore • 2 adults

    We caught Flounder. Although they were out of sesson so it was catch and release. Captain Keith showed us techniques to set the hook and ensure we got to catch some fish. A great time was had by all.

    What a wonderful morning we had fishing today!!!! Jeff is an awesome Captain and he made the trip fun!! We will be planning another trip with them!!!! Great for all ages!! Next trip we will book a 6 hour trip!!!

    nobody was catching any fish that day but it wasn’t because Capt Keith didn’t try. It was a beautiful day and we had good conversation. We still had a great time.
