We went out on a not so great day (rainy and windy) but our captain great! He was super kind and patient with us. Our persistence paid off and we caught some fish and had a fun day out on the water.
We had a great time fishing with Ben! With an 8 and 4 year old, he made sure everyone had a good experience. Ben is very knowledgeable and we went home with a delicious dinner! A couple of blues and scup, and endless black sea bass. 10/10 would recommend.
Water was murky from storms and no baitfish around. Ben worked hard to find the fish and I caught about 30 fish. SeaBass and Porgies. Fishing conditions were very poor that day and none of the boats were catching stripers. It was a successful day and you can’t always catch the slammers. I will go fish with Captain Ben again next season. Good music and conversation too.
This is our family’s second year in a row gling out for a half day charter with Ben. kids always have a blast and so do mom and dad. We caught a bunch of fish, Ben fileted them right in the boat, and we cooked them for dinner a few hours later. Always a great experience for all of us.
Captain Ben was all prepared and ready for us. Put us on Fish first thing in the morning. I would highly recommend him for your next fishing trip especially with younger kids. He was great with our daughter. It surely was a great time.
This was a great trip! We brought our daughters who are 5 and 9, Captain Ben was great with them and showed them how the fish finder worked and answered hundreds of their questions. We caught some big fish and had a blast. Highly recommend.
