🎣 From Hook to Plate—An Incredible Experience⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Captain Angel delivered an incredible fishing trip from start to finish! We arrived at 7:00 AM, and the day was organized and hassle-free from the moment we got there. One thing that caught us off guard at first—don't fret when you arrive at the beach and are directed to a small taxi boat. That's just your ride out to Captain Angel's fishing boat. We had a good laugh because our first thought was, "There's no way we're fishing from this!" The taxi boat simply takes you to the actual charter boat waiting in deeper water. Once we got underway, Captain Angel was constantly trolling and working to keep us on the fish. We had an amazing day on the water and caught some true trophy fish, including yellowfin, blackfin, spanish mackerel, and mahi-mahi. When we got a bite, it was our job to reel the fish in. Once we brought it alongside the boat, Captain Angel and his crewmate worked together seamlessly, expertly gaffing or netting each fish and bringing it aboard with precision and professionalism. Their teamwork made the entire experience smooth, exciting, and safe. One thing that really stood out was how efficient they were. While Captain Angel continued searching for the next bite, his crewmate cleaned our catch right there on the boat. Just tell him how you'd like your fish cut, and he'll take care of the rest. Meanwhile, we kicked back with complimentary drinks from the fully stocked cooler, which included both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. It felt like the operation never skipped a beat—while we relaxed between catches, Captain Angel was already working to find the next school of fish, and his crewmate was preparing our catch. It made the entire trip feel effortless. The boat was clean, comfortable, and even had a private restroom on board—although we ended up doing what fishermen do and just used the ocean! Instead of bringing a cooler to take our fish home, we decided to enjoy our catch the same day. We only kept one Spanish mackerel, one yellowfin tuna, and one mahi-mahi, then took them to Cocos, a restaurant right off the beach that will cook your catch however you'd like, complete with complimentary sides. We chose to have the yellowfin prepared two ways—half as sashimi crudo and the other half as ahi tuna. The Spanish mackerel was grilled with black pepper, and the mahi-mahi was pan-seared with black pepper. Every dish was outstanding, and there couldn't have been a better way to end the day than enjoying fish we had caught just hours earlier. There was plenty of left overs that we took back for dinner lol If you're looking for a captain who knows where the fish are, runs a first-class operation, and works hard to make sure everyone has a great time, Captain Angel is the one to book. From the early morning start to an incredible fresh seafood lunch, this was an unforgettable experience from beginning to end. Highly recommended!

Thanks so much for everything, my friend. See you at the next fishing trip—I hope you have a fantastic time on your outing. A huge hug.
