My son in law and most importantly my Grandson (age 6) had never been off shore fishing so I had High expectations for the trip and High Tide Saltwater Charters did not disappoint, they exceeded my expectations and showed a lot of patience with my grandson from getting him comfortable with leaving the cabin to coaching and helping him catch more then a few fish, Derek put us on fish from the first stop to last. Thank you for a fantastic day on the water and a even better memory for my Grandson.

Capt. Derek got us on the water, and got us on the fish fast. We are an inexperienced group with mom, dad, and four teenagers, Capt. Derek was EXTREMELY helpful, courteous, and patient. A lifetime of good memories were made today and I definitely recommend and encourage you to look up the High Tide charters with Captain Derek.

Most of us in our group of six had not been fishing like this before, and it was hands down one of the best experiences all around. Captin Derek and DJ were extremely helpful and informative and worked hard to put us on the fish. Worth every penny and we will do it again especially with this company and this crew! Thank you!

I could not recommend HIGH TIDE and captain Derek and David enough!! We were originally scheduled for an AM trip but the weather was so bad they recommended us not going. It was about 3 ft waves and they said it would not have been an enjoyable trip so we rescheduled. I’m so glad they were honest and upfront and had the best intentions. I didn’t want to pay for a trip that would have been miserable.

We had so much fun on our rescheduled trip! We caught about 60 fish in total that were keepers. Mostly grunt with a few sand perch, pufferfish, sea bass, poargie, and even a reef shark!! Derek and David were so helpful and educational. Once we would drop the anchor in a spot, if we weren’t even getting nibbles we would pick up and immediately go to another spot. It made the trip so enjoyable!!!

The boat was very clean and roomy. Everyone had plenty of space to fish and there was even a cabin to sit in when going in and out of the marina to our location. The bathroom was also very nice on the boat. The boat even has a cover on top of the open portion so you are not in direct sunlight.
