I booked a trip 3 months in advance and find out the morning we get there that they were double booked. They told us we can come back for the afternoon trip which was not an option for us. Another boat took us out for the morning but was not the boat we planned on taking. They had 3 months to figure out they were double booked and try and fix it but they did not. I talked to someone 2 days prior and they still didn’t realize they double booked.
