Johnny Fairbanks — “Johnny On The Spot”

Half Day Trip (PM)6 adults

Even after four days of east winds and the morning after a cold front went through, Johnny a/ka “Johnny On The Spot” put us on the drum. We limited out and had a rare “triple header”!!!! The kids loved him!!! Johnny was born and raised on the island. His passion for fishing and the joy he has in doing what he loves shines through!!!! Highly, highly recommend some time on the water with Johnny and look forward to booking another trip with him next time we’re here! This young, energetic captain is terrific!!!

    After a 1 day reschedule due to weather, we had tight lines out the gate. Capt Johnny Fairbanks had us on blues 1st thing. He was constantly on the phone and radio to fill the well. Got our limit then switched to some much anticipated SHARK fishing. He knew exactly where to go. Hooked into a fierce spinner that ran me around the boat 3x. We then hooked into a nice Blacknose. Would definitely recommend Capt Fairbanks on Island time charters.

    Such an amazing trip

    Captain Johnny was absolutely amazing. Such a great guy and he got us on fish in no time. We ended up having the best fishing haul at the marina. I would 1000% reccomend this charter to anyone in the area. Thank you Captain Johnny!!

    Captain Johnny really knows how to put you on the fish and have a good time out on the water. We did a 3/4 day and were able to catch spanish mackerel, blue fish, shark, and red drum. We had a blast and will be coming back.

    Our captain was very knowledgeable and good with helping our boys (8, 11, 15) learn more about fishing. They caught more fish than any of us were expecting and everyone had an awesome time. Thank you!
