We were picked up at the arranged time and taken to the harbour. Due to tide, we had to take a small boat out to the fishing boat but the crew helped us get aboard safely. The crew were very helpful and did their best to ensure we caught some fish. We tried trawling first, then again nearer the end of the trip. I caught a nice tuna but no more bites while trawling unfortunately. We were more successful while coral fishing catching several smaller but colourful fish. Overall I enjoyed my time fishing and my wife enjoyed the boat trip - it was a nice day out in Bali and wasn’t too expensive compared to fishing I’ve done in other locations around the world.
