Great day of fishing Walleye’s. Although the weather wasn’t ideal (Cold , windy, choppy) Captain Darryl worked hard to put us on some fish. We came home with a nice catch. Would recommend and can’t wait to do trip next year.
This was my first fishing charter experience and first time fishing for walleye. I took my brother with me and he had a blast! Captain Darryl made the trip one of the best fishing trip I ever had. Darryl was super cool and very helpful with the entire trip. Taught us various of different methods on catching walleye in the shallow and deep end of the water. It took us awhile to get the fish to bite, but once they did…it was a blast! We caught some monsters out there. I can’t wait to book my next trip. Highly recommend Captain Darryl. One of the best fisherman in the game. 👍
My son and I had a great day of fishing with Captain Darryl. He had us on walleye quickly, reeling in a mixture of keepers and smaller fish quite frequently. He then took us to a different spot where the fish were not only bigger but we struggled to get all our lines in the water at once because we were constantly reeling in fish. If we didn't throw most of our fish back, we would have limited out in no time. I ended up having sore forearms the next day from all the action! The boat was clean and comfortable and Darryl is a great person. He's very easy to get along with and talk to. He was just as excited for our good time as we were. I highly recommend a trip with him for a small group of two or three. We will book with him again. The only drawback was we didn't get pictures of our biggest walleye because we were flat out too busy keeping the rods going!
