First time I ever went on a charter fishing trip and the captain and helper were very friendly and knowledgeable about the fish Had a very nice time

It went smoothly from start to finish. All 3 of my grandsons caught fish, with 9 year-old Arizona boy hauling in a huge king.ย

Booked a trip for June 17th.ย I was hoping to get my sons the opportunity to feel the power of a King Salmon.ย Mission accomplished!!ย The Captain and his son had us on fish before we were even fully set up and my boys each got the chance to fight and land a 15lb(+/-) King Salmon.ย We had a great time!!ย Thanks Glen for working really hard to get us on some fish.ย We fished on a Saturday and there was many weekend warriors out there to contend with but Glen and his son stayed patient and found us some great fish.ย I would definitely recommend Luck Bird Charters if you want a memorable Lake Michigan fishing experience.

The Lucky Bird team was very accommodating and pushed the start time back and a different pick up location due to boat racing and harbor restrictions.ย Doing this allowed us to have the fishing trip, but added time for Captain Glen and crew.ย We appreciated the work around and had an excellent trip.

We were super impressed with The Lucky Bird crew and would definitely recommend them for an exciting trip out on Lake Michigan. They were pros and got us all hooked up with fish (even my 7 yr old daughter). Not being from the area, we went in blind thinking itโd be a good day walking away with a single salmon, but we caught WAY more than expected. King salmon for days and even rainbow and lake trout! Weโve already cooked up some of the salmon and itโs amazing!
