  Absolutely Outstanding Experience!

  Captain Jeremy and First Mate Hunter were absolutely amazing! Jeremy went above and beyond to communicate some potential concerns with our original date, and worked closely with us to find an alternate time when the weather was more accommodating. Once we arrived, Hunter clearly communicated what we should expect, and was personable and engaging. This was my 5 year old's first fishing, and they made sure he was engaged and included from the moment he stepped foot on the boat. We trolled for Spanish Mackel to start, and from the minute the first line hit the water we were working to pull them in. Hunter didn't rest for a minute, working each line and calling out bites long before we noticed them. When one of our group realized that her sea legs had failed her, Jeremy and Hunter made sure she had everything she needed - even going so far as to reangle the boat to reduce swell. These guys are great, and we came back with enough fish for a month. Next time I'm back in town, I'll not hesitate to book again with Fillet and Release!

  Family Adventure - so much fun

  my sister and myself, and my three nephews went out for an adventure and we sure had one. We took a chance on FishingBooker, and Captain Jeremy and Hunter were amazing and knocked it out of the park. The nephews range from 9 to 16 but have experienced Fishing and my sister and I have been around Fishing our entire life but never actually finished. It was such a great trip. All of us caught fish captain Jeremy navigated extremely well when we got caught in a bit of a storm. I would 100% recommend the two of them to anyone coming in from inexperienced to experience. we learned about all different fish that we’ve never seen before while we caught them and it was awesome for the kids to see the different species that are out there! Bonus, we enjoyed some fish that Captain Jeremy fillet for us and then we took home to cook so delicious!!

  What you dont feel good? Fish on!

  8 Hour Trip- Live Bait on August 24, 2026 • 4 adults

  my 28 yr old step daughter who used to be tough ended up feeling sick from the beggining. She managed to stick with it for most of our trip. we cut an 8 hour trip to 6. captain was cool and still put us on fish! great guys. Freindly, helpful and all around good guys. We never felt uncomfortable. Great vibes the whole trip. I highly recommend these guys. Great trip! Thanks guys!

  Amazing first deepsea fishing trip

  jeremy and Hunter where amazing. big fish and lots of them. Both guys answered any questions asked. First mate hunter worked his tail off. 5 amberjack. which kicked our tails 10 baricuda one king and lost count of spanish makeral. just a great trip. already planning the next trip. Thank both of you guys for a very memorable trip with my two sons.

  Fantastic day loved every second. Kids cought lots of fish and a good amount of sharks. looking forward to booking longer trips. Captain was fantastic put us right on the fish couldn't even get the hook in the water BOOM fish on. the deck hand was fantastic very knowledgeable super helpful with the kids.
