Half day trip with Laurel
Our trip was amazing! We had a great time and our captain Laurel Gareau was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. We caught 5 fish, and kept 1 and we enjoyed a lovely day on the water. Our captain spent a lot of effort to make sure we had a successful day, he even went above and beyond what was expected by spending an entire extra hour to make sure we had success. We really appreciate all of Laurel’s efforts and his boat was top notch, very clean and all the equipment was of high quality and in excellent conflation. It was very refreshing to learn about the conservation efforts in the area as our captain was a true professional and he knew a lot about the fishing laws and the ecology in the region. Moreover Laurel made sure we had plenty of ice cold refreshments and snacks during our trip so the time flew by. We highly recommend this charter to anyone looking to go fishing in the Campbell river area, our group consisted of novice and experienced fishermen and we all had an amazing time!
