3 Hour Trip – Gilligan's Isle - 12:00 PM6 adults2 children

This was our first time in a boat that only had our group. Beautiful boat, very friendly, mellow and knowledgeable team. We caught 1 blue fish and 3 Spanish mackerel trolling for 3 hours. Boat was beautiful, great ride and sun up top, Able to relax on couch inside for the non fishers, 2 of the most comfortable chairs for the fisherpersons. Well shaded for watching rods. Wish the fish were more active, but a great 3 hours on the water. Would live to choose a focused fishing trip to try to slam some bigger fish or flounder. Sounded like a shark trip would be a great day. Great conversation and ride.

    If you’re looking for an unforgettable fishing trip in Panama City Beach, I highly recommend Captain J Fishing Charters! Captain J and the crew were friendly, professional, and worked hard from the moment we left the dock to keep us on the fish. We had an incredible day on the water, catching Spanish mackerel, bonita. The action was nonstop, and the crew made sure everyone had a great time by helping with bait, untangling lines, and making sure we landed our fish. You can tell they know these waters and genuinely want their customers to have a successful trip. We ended the trip with an awesome catch that included blackfin tuna, Spanish mackerel. The boat was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making the entire experience enjoyable. Whether you’re an experienced fisherman or it’s your first offshore trip, I highly recommend Captain J Fishing Charters.     Fish on!! Outstanding trip!

    4 Hour Trip – Trolling (AM) • 5 adults

    We had an awesome day on Captain J’s fishing boat! Captain J knew exactly where to go and did a great job trolling for the fish, putting us right on the action. We caught Spanish mackerel, mahi mahi, and even landed a large tuna that made the trip unforgettable. Deckhand Drew was fantastic, hardworking, knowledgeable, and always ready to help with bait, tackle, and landing fish. The boat had a bathroom, which was a nice convenience, and the whole crew were great guys who made the trip fun from start to finish. If you’re looking for a great offshore fishing charter, I highly recommend Captain J’s and Deckhand Drew. We’ll definitely be back!

    It’s a great fishing trip!

    5 Hour Trip – Bottom Fishing • 5 adults

    Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We caught a Benita Tuna fish, two Maui-mahi fish and multiple Trigger fish with one weighing about 10 or more pounds. We had a great time and would recommend this to anyone. We had three adults and two teenage boys and all of us enjoyed it.

    Good day on the water

    6 Hour Trip – Shell Island • 6 adults • 1 child

    We had a family of 6 including a 3 year old. All reeled in fish except one in our bunch. Caught red and black snapper, grouper, beeliner, and trigger fish. Captain and first mate were patient with our kids and very helpful. We had fun!
