Fish were not biting very good but guide worked very very and we did catch about about 10 crappie that were keepers He even took the took the time to teach my wife how to use an open face real. Great trip. Greg

Aaron put us on fish all morning. We had a fun time. Aaron knows where the fish hang out. Will use him again next trip.
We met our Captain down on Tablerock lake and I am not kidding within 5 minutes he practically had walleye and bass jumping into our fish. This was my children’s (3 boys) first time fishing and I have gotta say he was so dang patient with them. He let them struggle just enough to learn how and after 20-30 minutes they were succeeding without any input. He was kind enough to gut everything we kept for our fish fry and was super patient explaining fish anatomy to my very curious boys. When we come back next year we are for sure for sure for sure going to hire him for the entire day! I cannot recommend him enough.

Despite a recent heat wave which has made locating bass and getting them to bite once found a real challenge Captain Hodges was immediately able to put us on fish and employing his suggestions and technique, my son and I had some of fastest action over 3 to 4 hour period we’ve ever experienced. We are both able fisherman and I’ve been an angler for over 50 years. I’ve fished all over the country and rate the morning my son and I spent with Aaron as i u p with the best! I would recommend Captain Hodges to anyone looking to spend a day or morning with an amiable fellow and a real professional!
