Full Day Trip – Catfish4 adults

We had a great experience with Captain Jim! My husband and I booked a trip for our two teenage sons. It was our youngest birthday, and our first time taking a charted fishing trip and our first time fishing in Santee. Jim was friendly and knowledgeable. The boat was clean and well equipped. We’re looking forward to taking another trip with Jim in the fall!

    A good day on the lake!

    4 Hour 1/2 Day, Daily Trip • 4 adults • 1 child

    We had an amazing day on the lake with Captain Jim! My wife, our two boys, and I had a fantastic time, and we even caught three nice catfish. The captain was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard to make sure everyone had a great experience. He was especially patient with the kids and made the trip both fun and memorable. If you’re looking for a relaxing day on the water with a captain who truly cares about his guests, I highly recommend booking a trip. We can’t wait to come back!

    Best Charter I've Ever Booked

    Full Day Trip – Catfish • 3 adults

    Captain Jim made my brother’s bachelor trip completely unforgettable! Even though we came during a slower catch season, Jim still put us right on the fish. We left with a full cooler, and pulled in a few that were too big to fit! ​If you are looking to go catfishing in or around the Santee area, Jim is hands-down your guy. He takes care of every single detail so all you have to do is show up, drop a line, and catch fish. Couldn't recommend him enough!

    Amazing adventure

    I have to start by thanking Captain Jim for going above and beyond to make our family feel welcome and like we have known him for years. Made sure we all caught something before the trip ended which he didn’t have to do. A great day with a great guy. We will be back to charter again soon. The only issue was not getting to meet Miss Penny and we look forward to meeting her next time! Thank you for a very memorable day for our family Captain Jim.

    Captain Jim was personable, professional and very organized. He checked with us several days prior to our trip to make sure we had lodging and let us know the best places to stay. Took the time to tell us everything that we needed to bring and what was provided. During the fishing trip he was both helpful and a joy to talk to!!! All and all it was an enjoyable time! Highly recommend!!!

    Last Minute Trip and Cold Front

    Full Day Trip – Catfish • 4 adults

    On vacation and decided to book a catfish trip at least minute. Capt Jim hooked our family up with only 2 days notice. Capt Jim warned as the cold front was gonna make it tough. Rough water limited where we could go. He fished overtime and made sure each of us landed a 15 to 25 lb cat in tough conditions. a great guy and pleasure to be around. Wiĺl not hesitate to book with him again!
