Fantastic fishing trip

Striped Bass and Bluefish (AM)5 adults

This was a mind-boggling experience. We caught 22 Striped Bass, and 20 were too big to keep. Most were well over 32" and some over 40". Usually, you try to catch fish that are big enough to keep. Now we were trying to catch fish small enough to keep !!! Can you believe it? Captain Matt was fantastic. He tracked down the fish and positioned us all day right over them. We were able to cast with lures as well as fish with bait. Matts's boat was beautiful, clean, uncluttered with a center console, and perfectly outfitted with just the right medium-weight tackle. This made for great sports fishing. This was a purpose-built fishing machine. This was my family's yearly fishing trip, and it was by far the very best we have experienced. Captain Matt, with his incredible energy, made it happen.

    I booked this for my husbands 60th birthdat and he and his buddy had the best time ever! They caught so many striper they said if they had to reel in any more they probably couldn’t! Thank you Captain Matt for giving them a memorable fishing excursion!

    captain matt was helpful and patient with my 8 year old, showed him proper procedure and how to get it done with a legit reel! he also knew where the fish were and we caught a ton! great day on the water!
