We did the 5am mangrove tour with Captain Andres. It was absolutely beautiful and the whole family had a great time! Andres treated us very well, spoke excellent English, and was extremely professional the whole time. Unfortunately, the fish were not biting while we were out there which was a bummer. I booked this charter for 5 hours and we didn’t catch anything during that time so the captain graciously allowed us almost 2 full extra hours! Finally we hooked 2 small fish. Fantastic service and overall a great experience!

    amazing day out in the mangroves!

    captain andres and first mate minor were so committed to finding us fish! they had fresh crabs, baby snooks and swimming shrimp as ready bait to lure the fish. it wasnt a heavy catching day but they hooked a few fish for our son to reel in! happy day out for us!

    the crew went above and beyond

    The mangrove fishing trip was a highlight of our trip. The crew went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. One of them even jumped in the water to retrieve a fish that entered the mangrove root system! We had a great time!

    Tough day on the water, strong tide and hot weather

    We should have caught more fish to but I kept missing the hook sets. We caught one nice red snapper but nobody that we passed was doing any better. The crew was knowledgeable and worked hard but some days are just like that.

    Captain and mate were great, personable and worked very hard to put us on the fish. Tough day on the water but ended strong. Took home Some snapper

    although we only caught one fish, we had a fun trip. we enjoyed being in the mangroves and the crew was great.
