Overall the trip was great and we had a great time

Half Day Trip (PM)4 adults

We arrived and the captain greeted us but had warned us the fishing was slow. It was unseasonably warm and calm so I get it. He was talking to other captains to game plan. Boat was cleaned and well organized with good equipment. We got out and the captain set up the gear and was positive, a nice guy, and humorous, we all laughed a lot and had a great time. We started to catch fish pretty quickly and caught 3 very nice sized steelhead and 1 smaller one. We hooked into 2 other big fish but they were lost. We did catch another 4-5 small salmon and two were of size to be kept. He immediately released the undersized fish. I would book again and the captain said to come earlier in the year since we were at the tail end of the good season.

    Kurt and Jeff busted hump to get us fish

    Weather started out OK, but fairly quickly turned to sustained 16 mph winds out of the east. That totally messed up the fishing, and the 4'+ swells wound up messing me up (seasick). Kurt was targeting Kings for us, but they were really scattered. Been on a number of charters in Ontario, but have never seen a captain and 1st mate work harder to get us on the fish. They were constantly checking water temps and adjusting the the depth of the rigs accordingly. Despite the rough water and difficulty finding fish, we definitely want to do it again........and will certainly hook up with Kurt and Jeff again when we do.

    Great Memories

    Morning 8 Hour Trip • 4 adults

    This was a great trip. Captain Kurt worked extremly hard, as well as First Mate Jeff. The fish moved out of the location where they were. Captian Kurt hunted them down. First Mate Jeff was utilizing his skills to try everything he could to get the fish excited. Between the two of them, working together, they pulled together a great day. We caught Kings, Brown and Rainbow Trout. When fishing, and you want hit after hit, sometimes that just doesn't happen. With a team like Kurt and Jeff, pulling out all stops to do what they do, and the knowledge they possess, it becomes a WONDERFUL, MEMORABLE TRIP. Thank you Captain Kurt and First Mate Jeff.

    Awesome Fishing Trip!!

    If anyone is looking for a great charter look no further. The captain did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable. We caught plenty of fish including few King Salmon, coho, and trout. The weather the few days before forced the fish to move and the captain used his knowledge and found them. The Captains mate was also on point, from the start of getting everything set up to the tear down, they have it down to a science. They were excellent at teaching ours kids and us exactly what to do to bring the fish in. Bring your group and enjoy a good time. Captain was also very good at communicating throughout the wholw process.

    Amazing wxperience all the way aroun.

    Our first fishing experience on a boat like this. The Captain and his associate were simply amazing. They were so patient with us and really explained everything. We caught I believe nine fish. I had no idea. It was so difficult to reel in these gigantic fish. Smiles from start to finish. I will never go with another charter. We got the best and we’re sticking with this one.

    Awesome Fishing With Captain Kurt

    Morning 8 Hour Trip • 4 adults

    Captain Kurt is knowledgeable and professional. He worked hard to keep us on the fish most of the day. My boys and I caught our limit of big lake rainbow trout, as well as 2 king salmon, and one of the biggest coho salmon of the year. Kurt and Jeff were patient and helpful in explaining how best to find and successfully land these large and majestic fish.
