Excellent day on the water. Captain Matt was great with kids and adults. Boat is very nice, plenty of space, clean and in great shape. Would book again.
This probably seems like a planted review but it’s not. We just got back from the best fishing experience of my life. Captain Matt was the best guide you could hope for. He handled my 8 yo and 4 yo boys like only a father could, spoke to my 75 yo father like an expert fisherman and made it look effortless while taking fish off of 4 lines, baiting them with live shrimp, tell my 8 yo about each of the fish we caught, letting him touch the ones he was safe to. I honestly cannot recommend Matthew and his boat more. If you’re looking for a fun fishing trip with kids or without, expert or total beginner you simply will not find a better boat and captain. Matt was the perfect choice for a trip with my eleven and a half year old grandson. He’d never caught a fish in his life and had a Sheepshead in the boat with minutes of stopping. Matt was incredibly kind and patient with him—and had also brought all the GS’s favorite chips! It’s a beautiful boat captained by a real champion of a person. He knows the fish and where to find him. We came home with seven Lane Snappers and a Sheepshead that made an amazing lunch and dinner. A peak experience!
Capt Matt was great. Made us all feel very comfortable and there to have fun and catch fish. We had three generations on the boat and we all had a blast, we all caught keepers too!! Thank you Matt. We’ll definitely do it again & with Capt Matt. Doug
Captain Matt was a gracious host and Captain. He explained the days progress and the importance of having a good time. Captain Matt treated the kids very well and knew how to keep them happy and occupied. He constantly was accommodating with bait refills, and to keep everyone fishing. Mom, Dad and children (six and nine) said they had an amazing time. Many different species of fish caught. The new boat was very nice.
Captain Matt was amazing and knew all the spots to catch fish. Boat was beautiful - perfect day all the way around. We will definitely do this again the next time we are in Naples.
